Return Policy

Our hope is that you love your purchased products but we understand, sometimes, it’s hard to purchase clothing online. Here are some simple policies we’ve put together to help when an issue may arise:

Returns and Exchanges
Within 30 days of purchase, we are glad to accept returns or exchanges as long as your item is in the same condition that you received it- unused and tags attached.

Refunds
When your item has been shipped to us and has been approved, we will contact you. Next, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied back on your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale Items
Items that have been marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable. Items on sale or included in a promotion are refundable for store credit only for the sale or promotional amount.

Exchanges
We will gladly replace defective or damaged items with same size and color choice as long as they are still available. In the event that we are sold out, you will receive a refund once the item has been shipped and approved by us.
Send us an email at support@garmentcollective.com with a description and picture of the defect. Once received and approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the event of an exchange, Garment Collective will provide complimentary shipping costs when returning your item back to your original shipping address.

Gifts
Items received as a gift will be refunded to the original payment source unless shipped as a gift item. Full store credit will be given with proof of gift purchase.

Shipping
In the event of a return, you should mail your product to: email for P.O. Box address
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you life, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
